The AI Business Brief is ClarvenAI's flagship feature. Every day, our AI analyzes the latest news, filings, and market data for the companies on your watchlist and produces a structured summary explaining:

• What happened with each stock
• Why it moved (or didn't)
• What to watch going forward

The brief is delivered to your dashboard and to your email at a frequency you choose — daily, weekly, or never.

Each company page includes a full suite of AI-powered intelligence:

• Summary — AI-generated business overview and current signal
• Price — Real-time and historical price data
• Earnings Call Insights — AI summaries of the last 3 earnings calls with quarter navigation
• Peer Context — How the company is positioned vs. its competitors
• News — Curated high-impact news with relevance scoring
• SEC Filings — Latest 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings

You can track up to 30 stocks on your watchlist. You can add or remove companies at any time from the Watchlist page or from any company's detail page. Both US and Canadian tickers are supported.

Yes. ClarvenAI supports both US and Canadian stocks. When you sign up with Canada as your country, you'll see Canadian popular picks during onboarding (SHOP, RY, TD, CNQ, ENB, BAM) and the platform will surface Canadian business news alongside US news. Add any Canadian ticker using its standard symbol (e.g. SHOP for Shopify).

ClarvenAI's AI summaries are generated from real source material — earnings call transcripts, SEC filings, and curated news articles. The AI synthesizes and summarizes this content; it does not hallucinate financial data.

That said, AI summaries should not be used as the sole basis for investment decisions. Always verify key figures against primary sources. ClarvenAI is an intelligence and research tool, not a financial advisor.

Different data types update on different schedules:

• Stock prices — Every 5 minutes during market hours
• Business news — Daily ingestion every evening
• Earnings call summaries — Auto-generated nightly; new quarters are picked up within 24 hours of being reported
• AI Business Brief — Generated fresh each day
• SEC filings — Updated as new filings are detected

For each company on your watchlist, ClarvenAI automatically retrieves earnings call transcripts and generates structured AI summaries covering:

• What Mattered — key financial results
• Guidance & Outlook — management forward guidance
• Product & AI — product and strategic updates
• Q&A Themes — what analysts pressed management on
• Risks & Watch — headwinds and things to monitor

The last 3 quarters are available with a tab selector. Summaries are shared across all users — once generated, everyone benefits from the cached result at no additional cost.

Every news article is scored from 1 to 5 for potential market impact:

• 1–2 — Low impact, general coverage
• 3 — Moderate — worth reading
• 4–5 — High impact — earnings, major announcements, regulatory actions

The dashboard surfaces articles with an impact score of 4 or higher in the High-Impact News counter. You can set your alert threshold in Settings.

No. ClarvenAI is a market intelligence and research tool, not a registered financial advisor. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any investment.

Go to clarvenai.com/signup and enter your email, your country, and a password. After signing up you'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to activate your account, then complete a short onboarding to select your watchlist stocks and set your notification preferences.

Go to Settings → Email Digests and choose your preferred frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Never. You can also change which news regions (US and/or Canada) are included in your digest from the same page.

Yes — ClarvenAI defaults to dark mode for all users. You can switch between dark and light mode in Settings → UI Preferences → Theme. Your preference is saved and persists across sessions.

To delete your account, please contact us at contact@clarvenai.com with your registered email address. We'll process your request within 5 business days and delete your account data. As explained in our Privacy Policy, we keep a minimal record that a free trial was used, so the one-trial-per-person limit can't be reset by re-registering. Some records are also retained where the law requires it.

Paid plans are live. Pro is $10/month (Early launch pricing — $10/month for your first 6 months, then $15/month. Regular price $15/month.) You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of your current paid billing period.

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full Pro access — no credit card required to start. One trial per person. After the trial ends, subscribe to Pro to keep paid features.
